Fokus shows you the next thing to do and keeps the rest of your list out of sight until it's done. Plan the week by day, then work through it one card at a time.

Three buttons, a few rules
- Done
- The card goes away and the next one takes its place. Repeating tasks come back on their next date.
- Later
- Moves the task to another day. Fokus counts how often you do that.
- Frog
- A task you postpone three times becomes a frog. Frogs stay at the top of their day until you deal with them.
- Breakdown
- Too big to start? Close it and split it into smaller tasks right away.
Your list follows you
Fokus works offline and syncs when you're back online. One account covers every device; edits made in two places at once are merged field by field, and you choose when they can't be.

Private if you want it
Turn on end-to-end encryption and task titles, notes, tags and project names are encrypted on your device before they're uploaded. Only someone with your encryption password can read them, and that includes us.
Without an account, everything stays in your browser. Signing in imports those tasks into the account, so nothing you've already written is lost.
